I'm sorry because I can't help more
I tried making some wheel skirts for mine out of duct tape and cardboard and noticed no improvement over the oversize tires and pizza pan wheel covers. The 185/65 15 tires are the largest tires that will work on the rears and 185/60 15's on the front work at filling the wheelwells with minimum rubbing and not being too wide. The taller tires make the odometer about 6% to 8% off but definitely help mileage. Chumly
