My impatience got the best of me. Its not easy finding cheap coroplast locally so I used wood to build the "test" version of the belly pan. Its much easier to nail/screw things into the wood knowing that it won't fly off at 70 mph. I don't want to rip it off yet until I get some feedback from the setup surrounding mpg improvement, durability from weather, and EM community.

I guesstimate the setup adds about 50 lbs ... and I know snow/ice tends to stick to wood since people have to be careful climbing wooden steps outside in the winter time.

Check with beer distributors - the outdoor signs they use are often 2x4 sheets of coroplast.

Congrats for the mods

From my experience, the rear wheel skirts will help a lot : I feel the car more nervous every time I put them back on

Also I would add a roof extension, permitting to obtain a cleaner air detachment, then a horizontal rear end trunk spoiler placed in the alignment of the root extension. Ideally the angle should be 11° with horizon.

Keep up the good work and have fun,

Denis.
