Install a manual cutoff switch perhaps? I don't like the idea of cycling the ignition myself, as I'm a stereo ***** and hate my tunes being interrupted.

I suppose (guess) it has a separate power tap, which could be wired to a constant hot. I wish they would get them out before March, so that someone could get one and tell the rest of us!
The ODB connector has a constantly hot wire. The Kiwi probably turns off when the computer stops responding.

The large Kiwi was a sack of non-sense, and didn't work properly in three different vehicles I tried it in. Until I see a blazing review, I'm suspect.

delays, delays..... waiting on the blazing review...... if it is just borrowing code from the bigger fruit, then well........ it'll not be that great of a deal. But I'm open to learning that they've worked out the bugs with the programming.

also note, the screen on my larger kiwi went south.... got some 'ink blotch' look to it now on one side

That is my problem with practical devices looking "pretty" Reliability should always trumpy eye candy, especially on a heads up display that is just for showing raw data.

Hopefully their "Kiss" version followed the kiss principle and is more practical and reliable, I might have to break down and buy one and see how long, but blast over $100 with the shipping to me, another $50 and I have a scamguage.
