People in my family are infamous for not answering questions, but there is a difference between not dignifying with a response, not having a chance to respond, and rudely ignoring a valid question because the answer is unflattering.

Ignoring the debate of the meaning of vague numerical terms, how much have I spent on my Accord recently?

3 $3 cans of engine degreaser, plus the time to apply them.
3 $1.25 6-packs of toothbrushes from Dollar Tree
1 $1.25 can of athlete's foot spray from Dollar Tree

Do I need to estimate how much the soap I also used was worth?

3 x $3 + 4 x $1.25 = $20.60 with tax.

Several means 0.2?

Maybe our families are related?? My parents wouldn't hear a question that didn't fit through their Overton Window. They just heard 'quack, quack, quack.'

My used diesel Ram truck looked to have complete exhaust replacement. I don't think it is the OEM cat any more, but it is a Cat converter.
It had lived a rough life on logging roads and I think the exhaust was a casualty of that.
I have since replaced parts from the cat back, and added an exhaust brake.
