And Pasteur's findings were repeatable and testable by third parties... they just weren't willing to hear him out and try what he said to prove him wrong (the scientific method).

Yelling and screaming "you're wrong!!!" won't make any friends

Growing up in a family of six kids...we had a milk cow and were drinking it raw and doing just fine. Then someone came in and made us buy and use an electric pasteurizer...the milk tasted like crap...but we were legal then.

Some question the "germ theory" even now.

Established science is political science?
