Potenza vs ecopia 165 65 14

I have been browsing eBay for some potenza re92's to complete my set of 3 😆

I noticed there is an ecopia in the 165 65 14 size. Is this something new? Any of you guys know anything about theese? I wonder how they compare considering the ecopia is suposed to be the better fuel mileage model.

Ecopias 195-65-15 were OEM on Cobalt XFE, never matched MPG since replacing them. But I wouldn't buy another one. Spin like crazy on wet roads.

That's the stock size for the G1 Insight, and to my knowledge, nobody on Insight Central has brought up Ecopias. They may be new, or it could be an error in the listing.

Tires only rate RR as C, would be curious what the Insight tires rate in comparison

Original ecopia or the ecopia 2 ?

My cobalt has a mix of 1 and 2,

Ecopia 2 is a little better than the old type and they seem to wear much better

Sadly they don’t come in Cobalt size 195/60r15 is as close as I could find.
52psi sidewalls also

As for re92’s no tire has ever matched them but who knows?

Maybe as the ecopia wears it would work?

Been a long time I thought those were the OEM. One road test says it came with Continentals(Katies did) but another review pictures show Goodyears, my records say I had Goodyears. Found another review saying Goodyear Intergity at 35 psi or Continental Touring Contact AS at 33 psi. My door placard says 35 psi.

Nice link, I'm going to save that. Going to have to get some new tires soon.

The Potenzas aren't available in Europe.

The Ecopias aren't available in the US.

And never the twain shall meet and be ABA tested.
