LOL I've got a pic of a 4x4 Chebby Blazer with track kits on all four wheels on my phone. I"ll txt it to myself and post it up later.
Frank will probably get a kick out of it.. It's truly redneck, but done "right".

Anyway, I have a Gilson lawn tractor that I want to do something similar with. Rear engine with tracks, no steering, just levers to control which side is moving faster.
It won't have zero turning radius, but it'll be able to walk around one track.

The owner says he named them after his kid, Matt, who as a wee sprig was into drawing pickups and whatnot with tracks on them.
They prototyped up a set and the rest is history.
