Actually, it looks kinda neat... because as far as I can tell, it looks like it was done by using a bunch of scrap parts and no welding... just bolting seat posts to head tubes, etc...

It just looks to me like a great way to store too many bikes
Now if I can figure out how to stack all my guitars in an interesting fashion...

Art? It looks like a functional way to re-arrange my huge bicycle junk pile; then only the bottom bikes would be buried in snow.

Since we got into art with a capital "F", here's a pic of bike I saw somewhere in Switzerland in 2005.
Doesn't look functional (it's an ad for a bike shop, I guess), but should be rideable, at least by 1 person.
