I found 1 of the 4 cells was about a volt under the others. Put the low cell on a charger and it took 9.5 Ah, which is half the rated capacity.

Perhaps I've still got half the capacity remaining? I'll do a full charge/discharge on each cell to determine how uneven the wear is.

Maybe I could have got a lot more life had I installed a balance circuit, which is something I plan to use for all batteries going forward.
