If only it would confound radar and lasers.

Excellent! I love the Dazzle camouflage designs, have loved them for years! Looks good on the Probe, and it does distract from the more obvious aero mods.

I don't get it.
So this color scheme is to confuse other drivers, or hide the car, or something else ?

Perhaps just having fun out of boredom ?

If you want a car that is truly camouflage, you could paint the car matte asphault grey and add yellow lines over the top ...then just wait for the accidents to happen.

Not to discourage. Just confused.

The idea of dazzle, as I understand it, is not to hide but to confuse anyone looking as to what it is, and which way it is turning or going.

Very cool, I love the paint job. Just hope some distracted motorist talking on the cell doesn't mess it all up.

Your right CD, you don't get it. The idea here is to confuse the air; into thinking the object going through it; is actually shaped differently than it is, and going in a different direction than it is. Thus creating an aerodynamic benefit hitherto unheard of in all of recent history.

I'm not worried about being attacked by U-Boats. It's for fun. Also one of the problems going slow is inattentive drivers. Hopefully people will notice the car more because of the contrast.

Imagine you're seeing these on the horizon through a periscope.

Confusing, no?

Exactly! Early versions would have false, large bow waves painted on. The "waves" would be proportionally large and make the ship looks smaller and faster. With the above advanced camo, and since ships are quite slow, it was hard to tell which way they were going. Of course that doesn't work on a car though. This is more a modern art project than camouflage.

If someone runs into me, $15 in spray paint is the last thing on my mind.
