Prominent link to Ecomodder Project Library

I'd like to see a prominent link to the Ecomodder Project LIbrary on the main Forums page. It probably should be listed on the main Forums, under the "EcoModding" section header. Of course it should still have its unique controls, being an index to other threads and not a discussion forum.

It's a wonderful resource but - - I think that right now, the only links to it are at the tops of threads that have become part of the Project Library. It deserves a more prominent access link, imho.

That was the eventual plan after the library had been built up. Since it is now robust, I believe its just waiting for time to do it.
