Radax Engine

I saw this prototype engine a while back and I was thinking of it just recently. How feasible would it to actually develop something like this even on a small scale? Has this been discussed on here before?

I'm no engineer, I just read a lot of wikipedia, but I'm skeptical about being able to (safely) inject the hydrogen at the peak of compression as they seem to imply is being done. I don't think any production engines inject that late in the compression stroke.

I dunno about the rest of it, will need to do some reading.
