I still think the towel-rack wing could be turned upside down and make a dandy diffuser, the modern way to make downforce.
And ditch the pop-up headights for a strip of LEDs just before the front edge of the hood.

The actual chin spoilers were much smaller to be legal for the NASCAR tracks those cars were built for. That one was modified for the salt flat, and 217 mph is pretty good for all of that draggy stuff on it!
