Talking Reach my goal

I have a 89 Daytona Shelby turbo charged 2.2l. All my driving is short distances, longest trip 4 miles. I just hit 25.1 mpg average on this tank. I've been shooting for 25mpg so now I'll see how high it can go. Don't think there is much more but will see. Average speed 21.9 :O all stop and go. Not bad for a 20 year old car to get 25mpg city. It's rated at 18 city and 26 hwy. I'm glad I found this board. It's saving me money.

Yes, driver will concentrate more as (s)he hits child or other car pulling out of driveway or blind street. Reaction time vs. others in path does not work. Momentum is mass times velocity; reaction time is a constant. You are wrong.
