Start off with a grill block and then try some rear wheel skirts.?.

If you have a roof rack, delete it. (unless it's really needed).

So I took off the antennae and the bars going across the roof rack. I am wary about taking off the roof rack because there are holes that I don't know how I will cover.

Clear silicone caulking might do the trick

Remove the rack, and if you do not want to use silicon, then get some vinyl sticker tape in the color that most closely matches the van, heck no one will see it on the roof.

Just drop the screws that hold the rack on now back into the holes.

Losing the Antenna doesn't really do anything for you. Plus now you don't have a radio!

I heard it could be 1% of your total drag. And then after thinking about it
for a while, I agreed. It could be 1% of your total drag, IF you were already
driving a super aerodynamic car..

But, if your ride is an SUV, Van or PU..?. I'm gonna go with less than 0.1% of total drag.
