Anyone noting increased gas prices after the Saudi oil well bombings? I gassed up twice the last two days at low prices. Saw a bit of rising gas prices, but not at the two places I gassed up.

The price supposedly is based on month's old oil prices as the gas being sold in the tanks wasn't refined yesterday. That said it always seems the prices go up at the pump almost overnight but then take months to come back down after the oil price retreats. Here in Montana we do always lag which is good now, but means we have even longer with higher prices on the downward side.

Gas prices shot up in Vancouver a day or two ago "because of the Saudi oil incident"...like 20 cents a litre. Any excuse to gouge. Proof? Well, here, just a hundred km away in the same province...no price change. They're so full of crap.

Now gas is priced higher. So far, my stations have only gone up 1 to 2 cents. The real problem is our area has been high gas prices for years(decades?).

Well...... my stations have gone up 3 or 4 cents. BBBBUUUUUTTTTTTTT, one of my lesser used gas stations, DROPPED its price by 20 cents. So much for drones dropping bombs on oil wells.
