Update front end in primer!!!!!!

Well I have to go back to work tommorow, so there was a big push to get the front end done. It is in primer far from perfect, but one step closer!!
The first pictrure shows how a metal ruler was used to keep the hood to front fascia gap equal. Next ready for primer. Between the fender and the bumper is a support, (round screwed in item) as the fenders have to come off several more times. Before the actual hidden supports are installed. Lastly how she looks today. Cable in rad. opening, is hood release. Since you can't lift the hood normaly, a candy cane shaped tube was attached to the core support, so when you pull on the cable it reverses the motion and lifts on the safty release. Fan did come on yesterday (almost 90) when car was coming off the freeway.

That looks really good! I also admire the cowl on the hood. Thanks for the update!

Nice work minic6. The lawn edging air dam looks good, I don't remember seeing that on your car before. What size did you use? I will need to do the rocker fix soon if I plan to drive mine for more than another year . I should probably gradute from packing tape on some of my aero mods that I've kept for over a year. Maybe I'll screw that kammback on next time it needs retaping.
