EM Garage breakdown and statistics

I don't know if this has been done before. Being an Industrial Engineer I'm a statistics and trends nut. Here is a breakdown of the EM Garage by Year and by Make. I also took the Top 5 Makes and did a breakdown of the Models.

Decade Qty
50-59 0
60-69 2
70-79 4
80-89 19
90-99 106

Average Age of Car = 9.4 years

Summary: I find it very interesting that the most occurring Make and Model is the Toyota Tacoma. All in all, pickups tend to be a very "popular" car on the EM Garage. The Honda Civic, no surprise, seems to be the most popular sedan.

It would be interesting to break it down into FE from best to least. As far as the trucks go that pretty much the same as the statistics as the general populas. Lots of trucks and SUVs in my neck of the woods.

FE was the next thing I was going to do. I'll have a breakdown of most to least mpg.

Very nice. Now you just need to break it down into: bikes, electric, diesel, manual, auto and how much fuel has been saved.

No really good job.

I think the Tacoma's popularity can be explained by Chris D. and the great taco invasion of March '08.

My thoughts exactly. Now I saw that you are using the Ecomodder banner in your sig there, any trouble from the mods?

I wanna do the same as soon as I get some impressive numbers which may be never cuz I drive mostly city.

Maybe Chris D.'s progress is recruiting the Tacoma owners.
EDIT: didnt read the above posts about the Tacomas.
