I thought that I just cut the tip, pointed, and squeezed. Maybe the seal was plastic. I only saw white when I pointed the caulk gun at my face. I kept squeezing and nothing seemed to happened. Then I looked at the back and saw caulk coming out, so I removed the tube, and stuck my plastic scraper in there. I cleaned the plastic card I used to apply the one sheet of contact paper to the counter top, had Mom dig it out of the garbage, cleaned it again, and used it to shape the caulk.
So, we will see:
- How it dries (it looks white, but says clear, although also paintable),
- If I can touch it up,
- How long it lasts,
- and I can only wonder who will be here when it suddenly and inevitably betrays us, as well as what they do about it. Curse and complain? People are lazy!
Well, two windows down, 0.75 to go!
