I figured you meant to say “no damage”... would still like to see some independent test data to verify any potential gains

Going from 22 to 28mpg is huge, and I’m sure that IF it works, it could be a good alternative to smooth wheel covers (for folks like my wife who don’t like them), the issue is that there are a ton of variables that could skew the test either way

Ok, the debate goes on. I would be more than happy to dyno test them. I am always open for ideas. This is why I posted my idea here.

I would think that an A-B test performed by an unbiased person should help to convince the folks on here... we’re a skeptical bunch, usually wanting some sort of unbiased data on a “new” mod...

I just imagined an episode of Mighty Car Mods where they strap a Holden Commodore to the dyno with a belly pan on, and it makes exactly the same kW to the wheels as before... don’t know if they ever tested aero but I know they tested lots of other stuff
