Running on waste
Toilet manufacturer TOTO has released a motortrike running on livestock waste and sewage. Those ferment to produce biogas for the engine.
Though the seat may suggest otherwise, it is not supposed to take the drivers 'input'. So road scares won't extend your range
The engine is small and it seems to have a lot of mass.
Unlike its rider it is not very well proportioned; braking hard may cause a launch from the throne.
It must be a scare to drive... that may just explain it.
Toto has no plans for commercial production, so there is no need to remodel the service stations - yet!
Now we just have to wait which one of us ecomodders will dig in and get the 'hands dirty'.

They're only making it ridiculous ...
Producing the gas on such a small scale is not really efficient.
And filling up not very pleasant ...
You can already drive on biogas in a number of EU countries .
Suppliers like orangegas in NL are pumping biowaste-gas into the natural gas network.
If I'm near a pump that supplies Biogas, that's what I'm getting.

There are so many things wrong with that picture!
I know that there are statistics on how much of one's life that person will spend sitting on the toilet, but I cannot imagine a legitimate reason for using a toilet seat for the driver. What is with the giant roll of paper towels?
Why make a ferment-and-drive vehicle instead of a biogas-powered motorcycle with a fermenting trailer?

It cannot ever have been a serious attempt on a roadworthy... something.
They probably did it just to show off their ingenuity and expertise on the matter, explicitly provoking to get max attention.
Mission accomplished is all I can say. It made me LOL, so I think they deserve it.

I can only imagine that their major response was inspiration to throw money at them, which they undoubtedly would put in a proper depository.
