Yup. My next door neighbor is working on a fifth-wheel across the way right now.

I'm making 6,7,8% in various I bonds, new ones will make 10% for a month until they reset, will know tomorrow what the Treasuries return, probably +3%, my saving bonds only get .05%. I think I made a dollar ten cents last month in my bank account.
Down side is all my savings are a minimum 30 day extraction process which cannot be used for collateral so coming up with cash is always a circus
However buy in is as low as $100.
If that was freebeards actual trailer interior..... I thought the fake trailer roofs were for snow load and heat shadowing but I can see leak prevention if the eaves are wide enough

The Spartan Carousel is opposite to my Mobile Industrial brand unit (an old Southern Pacific park model). It's like being in a submarine, with the windows covered most light comes throught the 14" roof vents.
Instead of an over-roof, it has a membrane on the metal roof. It's lasted for decades.

Your picture shows something being light & airy so that must be the spartan?

Thanks for asking.
Spartans in general are cool, equal to or a step above Airstream. justacarguy.blogspot.com/search/label/Spartan%20trailer
One of my neighbors has a 1951 Mansion.
Mine looks more like this on the inside, except a foot wider, bare metal ceiling and wallpaper:
The mid-60s Carousel (named for the kitchen) would be easy to reproduce on a donor chassis, just as people reproduce the Bolus Roadchief today.
justacarguy.blogspot.com/2018/09/the-spartan-carousel-and-its-1960s-cool.html
I like everything except the sliding entry door. But OTOH hinged doors swing the wrong way half the time.

I wasn't able to deposit checks into my shiny new account.
I received a small check in April, didn't get around to depositing it, received a bigger check in July, but didn't deposit it because I wanted to deposit both at the same time, and I couldn't find the first one.
A banker once told me that banks don't deposit on Monday because the Fed doesn't do transfers on Monday.
I can't find anything about that now, but whenever I deposit over the weekend they aren't available until Tuesday.
I kept waiting until Tuesday so they would go through right away, but I never seemed to remember during business hours, Tuesday through Friday.
I finally remembered today and after depositing the first check and seeing that it wouldn't be available until Tuesday realized...
...it's Monday!
I downloaded the app, looked up my five-star password, logged in, and it gave me attitude!
I was logged in, you nincompoop!
I deposited through Navy Federal, but then they said "Hey, nevermind, that totally-clear picture isn't totally clear! Redo it or else!"
Then they denied the larger check because I didn't write "For Mobile Deposit Only at NFCU" on it.
All that I have ever done is signed checks!
Stupid checks!
Bankrate's page for October shows 3.01% for UFB.
On my phone it shows 3.01% for DollarSavingsDirect with a minimum balance of $1, but I don't see it on my desktop.

There's a learning curve for mobile deposit, but it's not a steep one.
I've yet to have a rejected check. I write "Mobile deposit Advantis" on my checks, which seems to be good enough.
It's silly to write that considering the fact that they are receiving it via mobile deposit implies a mobile deposit.
Even more silly is that anyone uses paper checks.
More silly still is that computers that process transactions take nights, weekends and holidays off to rest.
It's like the government wants the USD to be replaced by crypto.

Good points, especially about computers taking a break on weekends and holidays and all throughout May.
Have you ever called an automated system and it told you to call back during business hours?
Have you ever called an automated system and it didn't understand what you were saying twice and hung up on you?
Computers are programmed to be impatient?
I have heard Mom try to use automated systems and it misunderstood her keypresses.
"Press 1 for yes, 2 for no."
[presses 1]
"You said `no', is that correct?"

I-Bonds (US inflation protected savings bonds) are paying 9.62%. You can buy up to $10,000 per calendar year. You buy them @ TreasuryDirect.gov.
Ally Bank is paying 2.25% on their savings account and money market account.
Their 12 month CD pays 3.1%
