Scanguage II Woes: Freezing, turning on randomly

Hi Guys

I bought a Scanguage about a month ago and I've been having some problems with it. The first is that while driving along it will seemingly without reason revert to the main menu and the only way to undo this is to press the main button then enter the gauge menu again. This sometimes works. The second problem is that when I park up it will go off as expected but several hours later someone will come into the house and tell me that there is a light on in my car, it's always the Scangauge.

Ontop of this my first tank with it installed was 4 MPG down from average although that might be down to the wet weather? Either way to say that I'm disappointed is certainly a truth.

Anyone know what's going on here?

Will it work correctly in another car? If it won't, then bad Scangauge. If it will, then bad connections or OBD2 data in your car.

Other questions come to mind. Did you buy it new or used?

Is the OBD port output the same in your Swift as in a Swift sold in the USA?

I believe there's a setting to change how it knows when to turn off, maybe you need to change that.

Their customer support is awesome, if you end up needing to get it replaced.
