Right?! So I have a plan. I will hit a 70 mpg tank this summer (easy) and get a hat made with the phrase "beats your hybrid" on it. Ha! You want one, Xist? Anyone else want one? My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.

Yes. His hypermiling skills are atrocious at best. But that car is pretty awesome.

He has a great setup (expensive!). But he does need a safer spot for the propane tanks, the rear corner of the trailer, at wheel height with flimsy fenders to protect it is an explosive hazzard I think. But other than that, he designed a great rig and spent his ample cash really well.
