It looks like a google street view, or panorama shot aberration to me. It looks like two pictures stiched together and since the truck is moving faster than the background it stiched them together strangely.

its definitly not google cuz it was taken from the sidewalk and considering if you look hard enough the roof is cut off partially farther back then it should be and you can see the line by the side view mirror where its way to perfect

Also check the wheels/tires. It is possible to see the tire on the opposite side in the front, but not in the back. Not to mention that there is no driver visible. I'd definitely call it a chopped photo
