all of us that do our own ecomod building and engineering can relate to the time spent doing it, with the goal of a more efficient vehicle. I give credit to this guy for implementing so many aero mods, but his execution is another thing.

I would say all mods effective. Propably not permanent due to duct tape. Idea has propably been to test the effect of various mods and then manufacture more permanent solutions is those mods give wanted outcome.
