Solar Panels for what?

Besides some campervans, I don't see other vehicles with aftermarket solar panels, yet months ago a taxi driver told me he's willing to add a solar panel to his taxi, attaching it to the rear window, in order to run a portable fridge.

Solar on EVs is a bad idea. Solar on a hybrid is dumb.

And i mean the 12v+ battery

most likely the the system has two way charging just in case it needs to be jump started that means you will need the programming tool for your car to activate two way charging for on the grid charge you will also need a decent charging setup that can put out some BIG 12v+ amps
