Soliciting advice on 'fuel consumed' instrumentation

Looking for a piece of instrumentation which can tell me
"Gallons per Hour-AVG" and
"Fuel Consumed"

Something simple and appropriate to use in race conditions.
The vehicle is OBD2, and I have a Scangage 2, but it is not accurate enough because it uses airmass and an assumption of stoichiometry for it's calculation; Often in racing, the engine is in enrichment, and stoichiometry is not a valid assumption.

It looks like a variation on MPGuino might be good, but nobody seems to sell them in the US anymore, and I don't want to go down the rabbit hole of building one from scratch.

Are there other options?

I know it's for airplanes, but it should be something that you could get to work. I would expect that to be VERY accurate.
