Sorry for the downtime overnight (EST)

The server admin says a router let out its magic smoke all by itself.

No problem! It has been sporadically slow over the past few days - maybe that was a sign?

Yes, it could have been. Does it seem better today?

Yes, it is more-or-less normal today. The slowness was related to searching for new posts, and then opening the thread at the new posts, for what it's worth.

When I go directly to Ecomodder.com it says "No site configured at this address"

I had to access the site through an old link I had saved in my favorites. Everything else is working fine for me.

Is it still doing that?

I checked here and it's OK. The server admin says everything looks OK as well.

Can you ping both ecomodder.com and www . ecomodder.com (without the spaces) and report back what IP each goes to?
