....... and theyll just bypass them the same as the current breathalizers. Those things are very hard to use (used to work in a mech shop, not mine)

What does a guy with no liscense care about getting pulled over? What are they going to do, double suspend his lisc?

Its the same crowd that foam wraps all are kids playground equiptment to keep them from getting a scratch.

Here in Florida, if you are caught driving without a license, you can get a big fine and/or time in jail, especially if an accident with injury or death is involved. That is why many hit and runs are by drivers without licenses.
