Spring/Summer projects to increase mog!

So winter was dismal on my mpg. I'm so glad to see the warmer weather is here!

1. Lower my car with new springs & shocks(need to be replaced anyway)
2. New plugs and wires
3. Redo grille block and place it behind the bumper to be more aesthetically pleasing.
4 Air Dam possibly
5. Redo side skirts

Any other suggestions?

Full or partial bellypan with diverter in the rear.

Rear-view mirrors moved, downsized or deleted.
