"Start New Thread" icon at bottom of each post???

It not unusual to see a FIRST POST from a Newbie that goes something like -

Quick fix implemented:

I made the assumption that more often than not the thread jacking will be within the same forum subject matter, so the simple fix was to add a "NEW THREAD" button beside the "POST REPLY" buttons at the top & bottom left of each thread page.
