That gauge has a detailed display and will flutter more than an automotive one. I also think the line is too large in diameter.

I love what you have done so far. How did you get the pizza pans to stay in?
Aren't there campaign signs littering the roads and highways there like there is here? Just make a road sign stop at night and grab some it's free. No one ever picks them up after the election anyway.

AH! Thou hast read my mind. Seriously, most of them around here are vinyl over metal poles. I have not given up, though.

Will check at RV dealers too. I just realized it litters the bottom of everyone we have at work. RV's use it to conceal all the crap under body.

I beat my 55MPG goal.

I went on a road trip to Lake Erie yesterday, caught some fish and a sunburn on my Brother's boat. The coolest thing that happened is I filled on Wednesday and filled up this morning and got 57.66 MPG.: I beat my 55 goal, now for 60. The vacuum gauge I believe is helping out a lot to train me. It also helps with telling when you are in a draft at 55mph. My vacuum gauge would climb 5 in.hg. When within 130-150 feet of rear of another car. So my initial idea of having to be directly behind was shot down. You can have reasonable distance and still get large effect from draft. I am so happy with this tank, but can get better. Slow and steady.

Good job! I would have to say that if a Scangauge is not in your budget, then the vacuum gauge is the next best thing and it does not even use any power except the illumination bulb.

Wish scanguage worked on OBD1 cars but will not. So I am gonna build me a MPGuino in the near future. And yes firm believer in Vacuum gauge now. Has helped alot I believe in "training camp" for this Ecomodder rookie. Got 11 over EPA so I am happy now to repeat and go up more.
