I can't tell you about my throttle % as my cars aren't SG2 compatible. I accelerate so my butt-o-meter doesn't feel the turbo activate itself, ie I stay far from WOT (wild opened throttle).
I P&G if the coast duration is longer than the pulse duration, else I DWL (drive with load), per example when going up hills.
In city the coast duration is at least 3 times the pulse duration. It helped a lot to over inflate the tires to max sidewall. If you coast engine on, then the faster you go the more you save during the coasting phase. Also as the engine has its gph (gallon per hour) going down slowly during the first few seconds of idle, the more you glide the more you save. DWB (driving without brakes) is a good technique in city.
