I don't have near (if any) of the aero brains these guys have but I do have a thought about your "brain cooker" canopy.

It's not my idea but from another thread here at EM

Thanks.

I feel like I have a tendency to grind threads to a halt. I'm generally in favor of electric tricycles.

Nice work!

Several years ago, there is/was a guy named Jeff from Ontario Canada i believe that built a Polygon body for his "Facet V1" Velomobile trike that had shapes/Coroplast body that turned out fantastic!

I had been wanting to build my own motorcycle powered trike for many years, unable to find accessible parts/funds i simply shelved the plan and started riding what i had! My 2012 Honda NC700x is getting high 70's-mid 80's. At 6'6" 225lbs, that's sitting upright and comfortable at real world freeway speeds 65-70mph. My personal best is 99mpg keep it about 45-50mph!

You might consider the engine out of one of these bikes. Honda designed it to lay forward so far that it has an amazingly low cg, check it out. Following your build/progress with excitement! :{)

I added [as an example]. It's one of two pictures I snagged of it years ago off of the World Wide Web.

This is the side view. The pictures are titled 'czech tricar'. I'm more likely to own an Arcimoto FUV. At 6.5ft I don't know how you'd fit in one.

That's cool tricycle. I'm curious if there's more info about it.

One could do so much to that Trike to clean up the air-flow and really make it slick! That'd be a fun ride for sure! :{)

The only thing that makes it look streamlined is the canopy, which would also work as a great solar oven, and make vision terrible with rain or low sun.

I posted the picture[s] as an example of a reverse trike that wasn't an Arcimoto FUV. I could have used a Bug-E instead.

That sailplane canopy is laid right over what may be a door cut-line. Not even fastened down.

The front tire section is too big for the weight it carries. The aerodynamics is dirty below the beltline. Ingress/egress.

If you solved all the problems (except the un-panted rear wheel) it would look like one of these:
