How's it fundamentally different from a stretch limo?

I can't understand how it passes for insurance or registration either?!?

What's the problem? As long as it's got the part with the VIN number, everything else is just a bit of customization, no different from you adding an air dam or a spoiler. In this state, at least, nobody ever looks at the actual vehicle, just the paperwork.

A couple posts back, the "truth on the internet" bit instantly reminded me of my favorite TV commercial. I think it's for an insurance company, but it cracks me up so much, I don't even think of who it's advertizing. Have you seen it?
A guy is talking to a woman about everything on the internet being true, and then she says, "here comes my date - he's a French model - I met him on the internet" Then this dork walks up & says, "Uh - Bon Jour" in a Texas accent, puts an arm around her & walks off with a little smirk. I just crack up so bad I almost wet myself every time that comes on!!!!

Some inspections will fail a vehicle that has pop rivets holding a body patch on... I think the ability to register a vehicle like that will depend on the state or country you live in.

Now, what if you want an 8-seater and some hauling ability but you aren't satisfied with a Prius?
Err..
The thing that hits me most on this one is where they tied the spare, while they did cover that obvious natural cavity quite amateurishly.
Think of what it would look like with the wheel right there
