This is the very first section of the DVD.

The length of each section varies, the shortest ones are a minute and a half each, many are about 7 minutes, and a few are 15.

I think the longer ones I would break into two or three parts.

In general, more short videos TEND to be better on YouTube. Everyone has short attention spans. I also know that on my laptop, YouTube doesn't run very well (Vimeo works fine, go figure!) Shorter videos are a little easier for downloading in general.

A fringe benefit to it. I think with clear labeling, it will work out great.

I think it would need to be very clear titles/labels, I for one hate trying to watch multi part videos. they get out of order and frustrating if there are to many parts. so I would say dont break it up too much or you may lose viewers. but I also wouldnt leave it one long video either.
Also, I just thought about you selling your video online. like a download. is that possible?
