That must be the High Performance model "Hop Rod" 'cuz it's painted red. The Eco models are painted green (wink, wink)!

tried finding info on it but just that long lame video. but I did complete thier site survey and told them I was not pleased with thier micro car that only gets 40mpg best. even gave few suggestions and such for an economy electronics and body kit package.
I am hard to please with todays choices because I owned a 2yo metro XFI that pulled normal 47mpg avg tanks. was that really about 25 years ago???
and thats all the better they can do now? NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Comparing the crash test results of that car and your metro would reveal the reason why the mpg is not as good (that and the scales... I bet it is way heavier)

And the airbags, seat belt tensioners, power steering pump etc, stereo, ECU, 3rd brake light, body trim, interior trim, sound deadening, 100+ sensors and wiring, 100+ lights, strengthened roll cage, strengthened doors, bigger rims and tires, bigger brakes, heavier suspension, thicker manual, 3-point belts all over, ISOFIX seat fixtures, you get the picture.
Put an old and new Fiat 500 side by side and you see how big the difference is. You could almost park the old 500 inside the new one...!
