That would be now known as DMC Houston.
They aren't making "new" cars yet. One of the guys on the dmc forum just got his "new" manufactured car. It was basically built ground up from spare and sourced parts. All of the new cars will have stainless steel frames since the originals were epoxy coated steel. Those frames are like 10k, reason for the higher prices on the new cars.
However, that is a good thing. If you love your Delorean and want to keep it for ever there will always be a frame available now and it will last for ever since the body is fiberglass and stainless, now the frame can be stainless. All you have to get is a hover conversion in 2037 and slap on a mr.fusion... ( yea.. i said it)
