But they're going to have to get a ton of money for each Harrier to be able to cover the F-35 payments.

Since when do they worry about that? The taxpayer will pony up the difference.

There's a big flow of money, but by the time it gets to our fourth air force- the one tucked inside our second army, it's kind of slowed to a trickle.

Back on topic, while it won't fit 7, the Ram Ecodiesel is pretty enormous. It is supposed to get high 20's for mileage.
I had an 09 Hemi Ram, when I liked to throw my money away on gas, and fit two adults, two car seats, a 75 lb dog and a bunch of other crap inside that truck.

With some reluctance: Nissan Serena - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

By 2001, the Nissan Serena was described as the worst new car sale on Britain by Top Gear's Buyers Guide, with "absolutely nothing to recommend it for".
Although the Nissan Serena handles better than most people expect it to (due to its mid-mounted engine), its power-to-weight ratio is particularly poor, as shown by the 0–100 km/h averages listed below. The only models with marginally acceptable acceleration are powered by the SR20DE engine.
Nissan Serena 1.6i 16V (1,597 cc), 0–100 km/h: 18 s
Nissan Serena 2.3 D J-V Pack, 0–100 km/h: 27.8 s
Nissan Serena 2.0i 16V (1,998 cc) SR20DE, 0–100 km/h: 12.5 s

27.8 seconds! Imagine that. It is uncomfortable to hold your breath that long, and you would if you had to merge into a busy interstate.

Maybe a Subagon?
But use a Subaru 5-speed with the Subarugear ring and pinion.
