Yeah with doomsday "sea level rise" there won't be a Delaware. If you really believed in dooms day climate change then you would buy property with some topography dozens of feet above sea level.
But we don't see that at all.

Insurance

Lots of properties that should be uninsurable are built every year in locations that will disappear in 10 years, that has been happening since at least the 80’s

They also have access to data, funding, law changes, consultants, that I cant even dream of and they may be actually not aware they even own those properties.

Some famous Greek or Roman probably covered this

Oh public concern about global warming is at at or near an all time low. So if it seems like you have seen an abundance of "omg, like global warming is going to kill us all" related topics in the media, that's why.
Not because anything is happening other than the narrative has collapsed.

I’ve actually seen less “liberal” global warming “stuff” in the news the last 2 years than previously . I do have to say the right is talking about it almost exclusively alongside pandemic comments, I guess priorities?

My guess is the recent hot shining objects are keeping the liberal roving eye pointed elsewhere while talking heads are still laser focused on supposed liberal subtext because of who is in the federal government .
Gotta trick the nones to vote R for house/senate as they have consistently and predictably done for over a hundred years every time a D is president.

Unfortunate critical thinking at no time enters voting patterns, policy, popularity, etc have no effect on mid term voting. Heck slap an R in n Marilyn Mansion and he would win the mid terms.
Past performance predicts future behaviors

Greta T. reached majority and became just another face in the crowd. It's like a ship that lost it's rudder.

The whole East Coast being snowed in doesn't help.

Insurance companies don’t like to make payouts. They are in business to make money. Just like banks that loan money on those properties. If things were as dire as predicted, neither would touch them with a ten foot pole.
