Yeah, I'm just joking. It would be neat to have an E-Smart (or an E-Mini?) + regen shock absorbers driving in a circle on a flat cobblestone road. I would like to know how far the 256 watts would extend it's range.

I'd love to have a set of these for my CarBEN EV! Some regained power is a lot better than lost power.

The other point is how much would they gain if the wheels/tires were solid (non-inflated), since this would "pass along" much more of the small bumps to the shock absorbers? This would also reduce the rolling resistance an order of magnitude. Win-win!

Ha ha, on old European cobblestone roads, I'll bet you could have an electric Smart going round and round in circles. The bumpier it is, the closer it is to achieving over-unity, .
