W O R S T argument ever!!!

this argument makes no sense ... could be used about ANY car, even about the Fiat Multipla, the Aston Martin Lagonda or the Sebring-Vanguard CitiCar!!!

And for those that want their eyes to bleed, the pictures of the mentioned cars ;

Fiat Multipla

Aston Martin Lagonda

Sebring-Vanguard CitiCar

Oh, the fender flares are kinda neat... and the exhaust stacks completely blocking the opening of the rear doors comes at no extra cost either!

I think that the lower aerodynamic drag a car is, the more beautiful it is. Styling for styling sake is ugly...

Wow! What a subject!
That Fiat sure looks bad! Sooooooooo bad, that the Aztek in comparison
looks like a show car.
But; what would I know! Yesterday, I was treated by some of my family as a birthday gift to go see the LAMAY car museum in Tacoma, WA.

Great rotating collection, in which I observed for only the 2nd time in my life with my own eyes, a real Ferrari Daytona!

The eyesore of the show for me was the greenish yellow '53 Plymouth!!!

On the positive side, was a Sunbeam Lemans fastback, etc...

If you are ever in the NW; check this place out!!

The biggest craving I was left with is that they have 3 racing simulator machines, with hydraulic struts, so you felt the G's, and turning angles just as if you were really in the car!!!

They can program the machine to set up 124 different world tracks!!!
Didn'thave the time to try at $8.00 per session; but it sure would be fun to have one of those in your man-cave!!!

Machine cost??? I asked: $65,000. !!!!!

I knew the AMC line would be mentioned in this thread. So many cars, almost deliberately ugly...wonder if someone was putting acid in the water supply at the deisgn dept?

OTOH, some vehicles are almost admirably ugly. As if, like a disturbing painting, they force one's attention upon them...and, as such, serve a purpose.

To that end, I've always found the early D-series Dodge P/Us to be inspiringly ugly...wouldn't mind owning one with the slant-six!

I actually like the Juke because it resembles a beach-buggy.
