Using aero tool

Hi,
Been a lurker for a while and have done some aero work on my care already, but want to try the aero tool. I have my vehicle image in JPG format and loaded it into the tool, but don't have any image to work with on the screen. I think I'm missing something. any suggestions?

I'm using Firefox on Linux and it is working for me. You might try a smaller size file or a different browser.
