There are several nice (and some ugly) coroplast fairing builds for bicycles and trikes; search for "velomobiles coroplast fairing". As an example, see this thread at Another coroplast fairing by Leew - BentRider Online Forums:


The same methods should apply for motorcycles/scooters as well. And the day after elections, you should be able to score a bunch of free coroplast since that's typically used for signage by the various candidates (at least it is around here!)
