With the water injection I run I bet they look very clean.
I have done far worse things to that enigne in the last 6 years than put a little vegetable oil to the fuel.

I tore the engine down after 3 years of on and off WVO use and the engine looked perfectly normal (this was during my pre-water injection days).
Since I am a diesel mechanic by trade, I know what normal is.
