Propane as an additive only works for Diesel engines, otherwise it's better to just use it as a normal fuel. On a sidenote, now that so many gassers resort to direct injection, just like Diesels have been resorting for decades, maybe a propane enrichment could be worth to decrease NOx and PM, while providing some performance enhancement too.

Not so safe to use a home propane bottle as a fuel tank in a car...

Besides Everclear, what other 192-proof ethanol could you find there? I guess E85 wouldn't be so good to mix with water.
