Removed ~40 pounds from that "nut" almost 6 years ago. I'm sure it's helped my fuel economy in my vehicles a little. And it's transferable between vehicles.
It's helped my skiing ability and stamina a LOT.

Fuel economy is nice, but sometimes I just gotta put the spurs to my pony!
