That is what I was thinking.
Wait, are we stalking a car?!
Maybe if this picture were posted on one of those time-wasting sites. Facebook, sure, but how about Tumblr or something else?
All of them?

Something I'm noticing, is it looks like a pro-stock drag body from a few years back that has been fit onto whatever chassis that is. This would explain the canopy and front windscreen being so clean.
I watch the NHRA on espn when I get a chance.......sort of the polar opposite of ecomodder.

That series of NY license plates appears to be from 2010
AKA FYK-1994
Either transferred or been on the road a while

Pretty neat, whatever it is. I'd definitely like to know more about it.

Some wedsday I'm going to the Log Cabin. They have 500-800 cars every week. There is a good chance he may be there.

Yes, overall it is quite impressive. The underside of the back is too sharply lifted - and you can see the area that is dirtied by the exhaust is getting swept upward.

I just google searched drag racers over the last 20 years, and this car doesn't really match any of them. So repurposing a drag racer into an eco-mad fuel sipper was not the route this guy took I now am guessing.
