There are some nice beaches, none in my hometown. And the Lake Guaíba coast is not really so attractive at all, and everytime that a good project for that area is presented there is always a bunch of scumbags pretending to be "ecologists" that put everything to lose...

Early this week I spotted this in my neighborhood, a 2007-2011 revival of the Amazonas nameplate, but with a single-cylinder 250cc engine.

Individuals have done a bunch, but never for mpg, just novelty custom stuff.Experimental Aircraft Association members are doing it with aircraft as well.I've seen many Volkswagen and Suzuki/Geo Metro conversions.

The last one looks like a great way to get "bobbed" on a bobber.

One project my late father-in-law didn't finish was to put a 19 hp Curtiss-Wright rotary engine in a BMW R26 motorcycle frame. The engine came from a snowmobile and sounded like a 2 stroke but very smooth. Would make a nice touring machine.

So who has the parts? Slashdot's daily aphorism this morning was some along the lines of "You don't truly know a man until you split an inheritance with him."

How many cylinders in what diameter?

Frame was sold and the engine is a single rotor air cooled Wankel. It is located in Eden, NY which is south of Buffalo.
